Ufl and florida

Just completed registering with the ufl and an the state of florida. A lot of money upfront and everyone wants to make sure you ain't a thief, makes sense, but there should be a centralized cost effective system. I got my references memorized!!!! Lol!!! Now I'm looking at registering in georgia.
