Now that I am an "agent", I am spending sooooooooo much time trying to cultivate my contacts and and recruiting. a lot of work and a lot of fun. At times though I do feel a little "guilty" reaching out to folks who I have not spoken to in some time but who I still consider a friend.

Great night!

Saw a field full of possible future clients as two of the best teams in the country squared off. Got re acquainted with folks (old friends) moving up the coaching ranks, boy they would make great clients! Also met an aspiring pro who wants a new agent! This may be the start of something awesome !!!!

Quickly I am realizing that creating the perfect strategy and execution of it is going to be key to growth and recruitment. No law breaking

Spending part of the day figuring out all the notice procedures that each of the florida schools require for agents who may visit the campus, so many potential land mines in this profession!

Ufl and florida

Just completed registering with the ufl and an the state of florida. A lot of money upfront and everyone wants to make sure you ain't a thief, makes sense, but there should be a centralized cost effective system. I got my references memorized!!!! Lol!!! Now I'm looking at registering in georgia.
