Now that I am an "agent", I am spending sooooooooo much time trying to cultivate my contacts and and recruiting. a lot of work and a lot of fun. At times though I do feel a little "guilty" reaching out to folks who I have not spoken to in some time but who I still consider a friend.

First big trip delayed

I guess it only makes sense that since I delayed my career as a sports agent that my first major flight in order to pursue the same is delayed!!!! Geez! Anyway, I am Off to ohio, eventually, to meet with a prominent sports agent and his staff about business opportunities

Saw a field full of possible future clients as two of the best teams in the country squared off. Got re acquainted with folks (old friends) moving up the coaching ranks, boy they would make great clients! Also met an aspiring pro who wants a new agent! This may be the start of something awesome !!!!

Quickly I am realizing that creating the perfect strategy and execution of it is going to be key to growth and recruitment.
